As with any exercise program, nutrition is a necessary companion. The official P90X nutrition guide is the probably the best diet book ever. There is a ton of information packed into the small book, which makes it very easy to read. The creators of the nutrition guide understand that some people don’t have the time to make several meals for each day. They have given you options on how to achieve the results desired. If you need someone to tell you what to eat for each meal, then turn the nutrition guide to that page and it details every single meal. If you just want general guidance on what to eat, well, thats in there too. I have read the guide several times and I learn something new each time.
In addition to the official P90X nutrition guide, I have also found an incredible product called Wu-Yi Tea. I have been drinking this tea for a few weeks now and it is simply amazing. Before the tea, I noticed that I was losing inches off my waist (thanks to P90X). However, now I have noticed the weight just melt off! If you want to take P90X to the next level, you need Wu-Yi tea. The Wu-Yi web site is a little gimmicky, and very sales-oriented, but the product is amazing.
Its quick and easy to prepare, which makes it a no-brainer to consume as one or two of my daily meals. I have never felt better!
